ARBROATH GUIDE Independent ideas for your day out

Working boats, quayside views and a food stop / ARBROATH

Arbroath Harbour and Smokie Heritage

Spend time around the public quayside watching the harbour at work, then look for the local smokie story among the surrounding streets and food businesses. The harbour is one point on the official Smokie Trail, but there is no need to turn lunch into an exhaustive tasting itinerary. A short walk and a meal fit naturally with the nearby Signal Tower Museum.
