The council’s West Links toilet block is seasonal and closes in winter. Check facilities before arranging a long off-season family stay.

Tickets and booking: Ordinary park and beach access is free. Parking, food and optional amusements may cost extra. This is not a promise of lifeguarded swimming or an all-season paddling pool.
Access and getting around: Promenade and park paths provide a firmer alternative to the beach, where sand and other shore surfaces vary. Check the route and current accessible/Changing Places toilet opening rather than assuming facilities are available year-round.
