Keep to public paths and respect residents’ doorways and private gardens. A free look at the Crescent does not include entry to the houses, hotel or No.1 museum. Leave the park extension optional if the weather turns.

Tickets and booking: No ticket is needed to view the architecture from public space. Paid house visits and special events are separate. Check for temporary access restrictions if an event is taking place.
Access and getting around: The public lower lawn is slightly sloped; approaches through Bath can involve gradients and uneven paving. Use council access information to choose an approach, and do not treat a short walking estimate as a verified step-free route.

Visiting with children: A short look at the buildings can be paired with a park break. Keep children with you at roads and respect the boundary between public space and residential areas. For play facilities, continue to the park rather than private lawns.
