- Individual admission is free; larger organised groups and school activities can be charged. Normal museum opening is Tuesday-Saturday in its main season, with December closure and reduced January opening. Arrive well before closing: official pages differ on last admission.
- Access and getting around
- The first-floor gallery has a lift described by the museum as suitable for wheelchair users or a seated transfer. Some flooring has a cobbled effect; contact the museum about your chair and route. Ramp access serves the church and basement gallery.
