The purple Thunder flume and tipping bucket are currently closed. Advance booking and payment are required; walk-in waterpark visits are not available.

- Book and pay in advance for the actual waterpark slot. The venue is cashless for payments, but lockers use a returned £1 coin or suitable token. Queuing may be outdoors, so arrive at the advised time with weather-appropriate clothing.
- Access and getting around
- Access arrangements differ between the waterpark and the separate 25-metre pool. Contact the centre about your required entry, changing and support arrangements before booking; do not assume a facility listed for one pool is available in the other.

- Read the current adult-supervision policy and the age/height restrictions before paying. Larger flumes require children to be at least eight and 1.2 metres tall; smaller attractions have different rules. Check current availability rather than promising a closed feature.
