Cromer Museum
Step into the scale of an old fisherman’s home, then explore how the coast and the town have changed. The museum brings together local geology and social history, with Olive Edis’s photography offering another way to look at people and place. It is a compact indoor visit beside the parish church, rather than a whole-day museum complex.
Weekend opening starts at noon in the published 2026 season. Put lunch or a short seafront look first rather than arriving for a Saturday morning museum visit.

- Published season: 28 March–1 November 2026, weekdays 10am–4pm and weekends noon–4pm, last entry 3.30pm. Buy on the door or book online ahead; ordinary adults and older children pay, with eligible concessions. This is separate from the closed Henry Blogg Museum.
- Access and getting around
- A lift links the public floors, with accessible toilets and baby changing downstairs. The operator warns that the lift cannot be used in a fire and upper-floor visitors may need to negotiate stairs during evacuation. Discuss this before relying on the lift; collection information can be provided downstairs.

- Choose a few fossils and objects to investigate rather than reading every label. Under-fours enter free and under-fourteens need an adult. Check current family activities separately from ordinary admission.
