Tickets and booking: The operator currently lists 10am–5pm with last entry 3.30pm and car-park closure at 5pm. Online and walk-up tickets are available; consult current prices and terms. Picnic space is allowed apart from café-customer benches. Do not rely on the expired 2025 membership offer still shown in the FAQ.
Access and getting around: The operator lists concrete routes, slopes and ramps, with some rocky gravel paths. Ask about the particular areas and mobility equipment you plan to use. Carer entry has its own evidence requirements; confirm before buying.

Visiting with children: Jungle Tumbles is an indoor play area for under-twelves; outdoor jumping pillows depend on the weather. Follow the animal-feeding and supervision rules on the day rather than promising a particular encounter.
