Tickets and booking: Outdoor garden entry is free. Glasshouse access, tours and events have their own arrangements; check them directly and do not assume they are included.
Access and getting around: The garden has marked accessible routes, but some paths slope. Wheelchairs and scooters can be borrowed and advance reservation is strongly recommended. Check temporary restoration diversions and the West Gate arrival options.

Visiting with children: Choose a short loop with a rest instead of a long march around the grounds. This is a living plant collection; supervise children beside the pond and keep to permitted routes. Check current family activities separately.
