Before you go

Start at the visitor centre on the second floor of Ocean Terminal. Add transport and arrival time to the ship visit, and check the operator’s current entrance directions before leaving the centre.

Tickets and booking: Advance online booking is offered. Compare the ordinary tour with any additional experience before paying; food and special packages have separate costs.
Access and getting around: Lifts and ramps serve the tour, but wheelchair width and scooter dimensions matter in the ship’s corridors. The operator specifies a 670mm wheelchair-width limit for the full tour and tearoom; contact it if your equipment needs checking.
