Tickets and booking: Galleries are free, normally Monday–Saturday, but close between exhibitions. Films, gigs, workshops and other events can be paid and need booking. Occasionally the building is restricted to ticket holders; check the date before visiting.
Access and getting around: Use the ramped side entrance for step-free access. Ground-floor spaces have level flooring or gentle ramps; a lift serves first-floor spaces. Enquire about the single reservable Blue Badge bay and event seating requirements.

Visiting with children: Family events and films have their own age guidance. Under-16s generally need an accompanying responsible adult aged 18 or over unless the event states otherwise. Select suitable exhibition content and film certificates in advance.
