Tickets and booking: General admission is free. Some exhibitions and events have separate charges or booking arrangements. Normally open Tuesday–Sunday, with a later Tuesday start; consult current opening times and closure notices.
Access and getting around: Queen Street has an entrance lift; the Garden Entrance has ramp access. Two internal lifts serve level gallery floors, with accessible toilets on both levels. Reserve the limited Blue Badge parking in advance.

Visiting with children: Pushchairs and buggies can use the accessible entrances. Baby changing is available on both floors. Visual stories, quieter areas and bookable relaxed sessions can help families plan; check which sessions are running.
