- The well has an admission charge; Cadw lists the chapel separately as free, with a key and returnable deposit arrangement. Summer and winter hours differ, and last entry is half an hour before closing. Check current worship and visitor arrangements.
- Access and getting around
- Check access to the specific well and chapel areas with shrine staff; historic levels and the separately locked chapel should not be assumed step-free. Limited parking is opposite the well. Assistance dogs are permitted, other pets are not.
