Choose the outward and return services before buying a ticket, especially if connecting with a national-rail train at Keighley. Haworth station is below the old village; allow roughly 15–25 minutes uphill to the Parsonage, plus rests.

Tickets and booking: Check the actual operating calendar and compare journey tickets with Day Rover options. Essential Companion concessions require eligible Nimbus/Access Card registration in advance and apply to specified full-price Day Rover arrangements, not every ticket or special train. Allow the published processing time and contact the railway about access before booking.
Access and getting around: Haworth has level access from the car park to the booking hall and platform, plus an accessible station toilet; parts of the car park are uneven. Confirm which service carries the adapted coach and arrange boarding assistance. Historic carriage toilets are not wheelchair accessible. Only fully folding, carryable mobility scooters are accepted under the stated policy.

Visiting with children: Keep children behind platform markings and follow staff instructions near trains. Choose a manageable journey with a definite return and food stop. A special event, dining train or Christmas service has its own tickets and departure arrangements; do not assume it starts at Haworth.
