Tapestry, town and the Moor →
A compact introduction for a Heritage Centre opening day, with a proper lunch break.
A waterside pause with space for play / KNUTSFORD
The Moor offers a simple change of pace beside the town centre. Children can spend time in the play area while a short waterside stroll adds a green break to a day of streets and indoor visits. You do not need to turn it into a long walk: a picnic and a little time watching the birds can be the whole point.

Keep young children close at the water’s edge. Bring a picnic in suitable weather, but leave time to find shelter in town if the forecast deteriorates.
