Tickets and booking: Ordinary admission is free, with donations welcome. Normal visiting is Monday–Saturday, 10am–4pm, subject to services and closures. Sunday access is for worship. Group tours need advance arrangement, and some concerts require separate tickets. Check café sessions rather than relying on everyday service.
Access and getting around: The castle-hill approach involves slopes and cobbles; the direct Priory Steps are a stair route. Contact the parish about the most suitable entrance and access arrangements. There is no public or Blue Badge parking at the church, although a drop-off can be arranged for limited mobility.
