Tickets and booking: General park access is free. Parking and booked sport or leisure-centre activities have separate arrangements. Read signs on arrival rather than assuming all neighbouring facilities are included.
Access and getting around: The council describes wheelchair-width entrances and many paths, with a steep hill south of the bandstand. Ask about the best route and current works if gradients or surface changes would affect your visit.
