Tickets and booking: Book the date and included standard planetarium show in advance; additional shows and special events can cost extra. Compare the full ticket basket, parking or bus fare and food. Annual-pass terms and return-show charges differ from a first visit. Check carer-ticket evidence and eligibility with the centre.
Access and getting around: Read the detailed access and sensory guide before booking. Dark galleries, powerful sound and flashing or moving images affect some experiences. Loan mobility aids and sensory backpacks can be requested; quiet-space availability varies. Changing Places access is during opening hours and requires your own sling.

Planetarium shows have their own age guidance; younger children may find the sound and darkness intense.
