Lichfield City station is about five minutes away on foot; check the last return train.

Book the right wheelchair space or step-free seat in advance; some seating routes use stairs. Accessible toilets are available, and the venue offers assisted listening. Ask about familiarisation visits and individual requirements.

Visiting with children: Check the show’s age and content guidance. Selected family performances offer paid babes-in-arms tickets for under-18-months; this is not a universal free-infant policy. Booster seats and ear defenders are subject to availability, and relaxed performances have specific dates.
