LOCHWINNOCH GUIDE Independent ideas for your day out

Lochshore walking and a flexible outdoor base / LOCHWINNOCH

Castle Semple Country Park

Choose a lochshore stroll or extend into Parkhill Woods at Castle Semple. The park works well for a flexible outdoor visit, with the length of the walk adjusted to your time and energy. Water sports and organised courses are separate bookable experiences, not activities automatically included in an ordinary park visit.

Before you go

Start from the Lochlip Road visitor-centre area and choose a turnaround before committing to a longer woodland loop. Keep the lochshore and the hillier extensions distinct.
