Tickets and booking: Ordinary browsing needs no ticket. Current council hours are Monday–Saturday 08:30–17:00, Sunday closed, with trader availability and holiday changes to check separately. Town parking and transport are separate costs.
Access and getting around: The council lists multiple access points, accessible toilets and seating. Aisles and busy periods can still affect ease of movement; ask about the best entrance for your needs and allow time to navigate around other shoppers.
