Before you go

Go to gallery reception for the Universal Ticket, even when choosing free entry. Drivers must register their vehicle there; plan the journey back before exploring the sculpture park.

Tickets and booking: Universal Tickets operate on a Pay If and What You Can basis, including a free choice. Obtain yours at reception. Check events separately and note the regular Monday closure, including bank holidays.
Access and getting around: Buggies can use the building with lifts to galleries. Class 2 powered chairs and scooters are accepted, but Class 3 vehicles are not. Sensory backpacks are available on request; contact the centre for individual requirements and outdoor route suitability.

Visiting with children: Use a small number of artworks as conversation starters, then take a break. Buggies are welcome and baby changing is provided. Check family workshops separately rather than assuming one runs on your date.
