Sma’ Shot Cottages

Explore the small historic cottages that explain how Paisley’s weaving families lived and worked. Tickets and booking: Ordinary admission is free with donations welcome. Official tourism information lists Wednesday and Saturday afternoons and Friday afternoons in April–September; confirm current times and any group arrangements. Tea-room purchases are separate.
Access and getting around: Narrow doorways restrict wheelchair access and the upper rooms are not accessible to everyone. Contact the cottages about the ground-floor route, garden and tea room before relying on them; a historic cottage is not a fully level modern museum.
