Tickets and booking: Advance booking is strongly recommended. Choose the exact tour rather than relying on visitor-centre hours, and plan transport before a tasting. Seasonal bar hours differ from shop opening; winter weather may cause short-notice closure. Allow extra road-travel time for the operator’s noted Perth–Pitlochry roadworks.
Access and getting around: Reception, bar, shop and warehouse viewing gallery are accessible, with an accessible toilet at reception. The main production building is not wheelchair accessible and includes a 21-step staircase. An alternative sensory explanation can be arranged instead of entering production areas; discuss this with the distillery.

Visiting with children: Under-eights cannot join tours; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. A whisky-led visit is best chosen for the group’s interests rather than added to a young-family itinerary. Check the selected tour’s eligibility and any non-alcoholic arrangements.
