Tickets and booking: Paid watersports generally operate March–October and depend on conditions. Use the operator’s directions via New Inn and Sluvad Road. Current tree works restrict some paths; longer lakeside trails also close for winter, so do not assume a full circuit is available.
Access and getting around: The visitor centre has a lift, accessible toilets and parking nearby. Activity access varies: contact the team about the exact craft and session before booking. The reservoir crosses the county boundary; this visitor-centre approach is on the Monmouthshire side.

Visiting with children: Check the chosen session’s minimum age, swimming ability and adult-supervision rules; these are not identical across activities. An instructor-led taster is a clearer first visit than assuming equipment hire includes tuition.
