Tickets and booking: Pre-book general admission where possible. High tea and other experiences need their own reservations; an ordinary visit does not include every deck or dining experience.
Access and getting around: A lift serves the main View Deck; the highest Sky Garden requires stairs. The tower limits wheelchair capacity and has emergency evacuation requirements, so contact the team before booking if mobility is limited.

Visiting with children: Let children decide whether to try the glass floor; enjoying the view does not require standing on it. Keep a flexible finish rather than promising another attraction immediately afterwards.
