Filming closures in September 2026: the whole site is closed on 18 and 21–24 September; the house is closed on 25–26 September while grounds remain open. Disruption may continue to 29 September.

- Paid English Heritage admission, with house and grounds availability checked separately. Confirm the filming restrictions before paying or travelling. The miniature railway is a different operator and not included in this listing.
- Access and getting around
- The ground floor is level but upper house floors require stairs; there is no lift. Grounds include gravel, grass and bridges with steps or slopes. Ask about mobility aid loans and set-down arrangements in advance.
