The museum and galleries are closed on Sundays and bank holidays. A ticketed evening performance does not mean daytime exhibitions are open late.

Tickets and booking: Museum entry is free during its published Monday–Saturday visiting hours. Check gallery changes, special events and café hours separately. Theatre tickets and food are additional purchases.
Access and getting around: The building has a street-level entrance with a slight gradient, automatic doors, lifts to all floors and accessible toilets. A Changing Places facility is listed on the first floor. Consult the visual story and ask staff about the route you need.
