- Ordinary visiting currently needs no advance booking; check the live calendar and admission arrangements. National Trust member admission and special events have their own terms. Give yourself time before last entry, not just before closing.
- Access and getting around
- Level or ramped access serves reception, the Hub and the Workhouse ground floor; upper Workhouse rooms require stairs. The Infirmary has a lift. Outdoor transfers and some uneven surfaces remain; read the current access guide and ask about mobility equipment before arrival.
