Tickets and booking: Book ahead. A soft drink or low-alcohol option is available for non-drinkers; discuss specific dietary requirements with the team. Food-board packages are optional and require advance notice. Tours Centre has no visitor car park; hotel parking is for residents. Arrange onward travel around the tasting.
Access and getting around: The route has extended standing, extensive walking and steep staircases, with no wheelchair access. Contact the tours team about mobility concerns before booking. Enclosed footwear covering toes and heels is required; avoid high or pointed heels.
