Tickets and booking: Book the exact experience and date in advance. The combined experience lasts about 75 minutes, shorter gin or whisky sessions about 30 minutes. Arrange transport that does not depend on a tasting participant driving. Dogs may enter public shop areas but not experiences.
Access and getting around: The operator lists accessible parking, a low-gradient entrance ramp, automatic doors, a lift and accessible toilets on both floors. Tour areas are wheelchair-friendly; discuss any specific assistance or sensory needs before booking.
