Book an instructed climbing session at the Summit Centre in nearby Trelewis if you want a more active focus for the day. Roped climbing and bouldering offer different challenges, and the current operator also describes a child-friendly climbing area. Choose the session that matches your experience rather than assuming ordinary wall admission includes instruction.

First-time climbers should book the appropriate instructed option. Independent roped climbing requires the operator’s competence and registration requirements to be met.

Tickets and booking: Book through the current Summit Centre website and check session times, prices and equipment. The centre currently takes card/contactless payments.
Access and getting around: Contact the centre before booking about access to your chosen climbing area, equipment and any support needed. Building access and participation in a particular climbing activity are separate questions.

Visiting with children: Ask about the minimum age and adult supervision for the exact session. Weekly classes are not the same as a one-off visitor booking; do not assume every activity suits every child.
