Tickets and booking: Browsing is free; purchases and Metro travel cost extra. The tourism board lists Saturdays and Sundays, normally 9am–3.30pm. Check exceptional closures and separate book-fair dates.
Access and getting around: This is a working station with crowds, platform edges and routes between platforms. Check current station access arrangements with Nexus and use the appropriate entrance; do not assume the historic footbridge is step-free.
