Tickets and booking: Gardens have free entry. Check current gate times and event closures. The kitchen closes Mondays. Free parking is limited to three hours and requires registration at reception or the Orangery within 20 minutes.
Access and getting around: The castle lists wheelchair-accessible entrances and paths, accessible toilets, nearby Blue Badge spaces and seating. Gradients and garden surfaces still vary.

Visiting with children: The play area has a pirate ship and climbing equipment. A supervising adult should remain; allow a snack break before continuing to Tankerton.
