- Galleries are free and the centre closes Tuesdays. Published hours are 9am–5pm Monday to Saturday except Tuesday, and 10am–4pm Sundays and bank holidays. Events may require separate paid booking.

- A lift serves all three floors, with wheelchair access to galleries and an accessible toilet on the first floor. Assistance dogs are welcome.
