Duthie Park and David Welch Winter Gardens
Pair the indoor plant collections of the David Welch Winter Gardens with as much of Duthie Park as the weather allows. The glasshouses give the outing a clear focus, while the surrounding paths and play areas leave room for a slower break outdoors. This is a separate city outing south of the centre, not simply a garden beside the Art Gallery.
Confirm the glasshouse opening before travelling if shelter is the main reason for your visit. Outdoor park access and indoor garden hours are different.

- General park and Winter Gardens entry is free; optional events or refreshments are separate. Check current glasshouse hours and closures. Only assistance dogs enter the Winter Gardens, while dogs are welcome in the outdoor park under local rules.

- Check the current council information for the entrance, paths and facilities needed by your group. The park and individual glasshouse areas should not be assumed to have identical access; disabled parking is listed by the official destination service.
