Provost Skene’s House

Tickets and booking: Admission is free with no advance booking required for ordinary visits. Current April–October opening is Thursday–Monday 10am–5pm, Sunday 11am–4pm; closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Confirm winter arrangements before travel.
Access and getting around: Upper floors use winding stone stairs and are not accessible to wheelchair users or people unable to manage them. The ground-floor Hall of Heroes and Access Gallery provide interpretation; expect low ceilings and uneven floors elsewhere.
