Tickets and booking: No ticket is needed simply to look at the exterior. National Trust currently lists ordinary Bridge House opening as closed, with limited access through the Armitt’s booked Bridge House Mystery escape-box experience. That approximately 90-minute paid activity has its own calendar and terms.
Access and getting around: View from the public town-side approach, taking care on pavements and at road crossings. The historic interior has different constraints; ask the Armitt about access before booking its escape-box experience. Do not block the narrow approach when stopping for photographs.

Visiting with children: The unusual house is easy to include in a short town wander without another admission purchase. The separate Bridge House Mystery experience is advertised for ages eight and over, in teams of two to four; check current dates and suitability before booking.
