High Street and village green
Walk among Broadway’s stone buildings, broad verges and village-green views, taking time to look at the former coaching inns and smaller lanes. Shops and cafés give plenty of reasons to pause, while the two museums add context when you want more than a stroll. Choose a short section or continue towards the quieter upper High Street.
Keep the car in a suitable public car park and explore on foot. The High Street is still a road, so use crossings carefully and keep entrances and pavements clear for residents and other visitors.

- No ticket is needed for the public High Street and green. Parking, meals, shopping and museum entry cost extra. Seasonal events have their own dates and arrangements; do not assume a market is taking place whenever you visit.
- Access and getting around
- Paved village routes are different from the surrounding field paths. Kerbs, crossings, slopes towards the upper village and individual shop steps vary; choose the section that suits your mobility needs and check access at any café or museum separately.

- Turn a short walk into a search for different doors, roofs or building details, then stop before it becomes a long shopping trip. The Activity Park offers a separate free play break, reached by a narrow path near Broadway Museum.
