Cinema and live performance at Victoria Dock / CAERNARFON

Galeri Caernarfon

Galeri adds contemporary culture to a town often approached through its medieval buildings. Choose a film, concert or theatre event from the programme and spend a settled stretch indoors at Victoria Dock. It is especially useful when you want a definite evening plan or a break from exposed stonework, with the waterfront immediately outside for a short look before the event.

Before you go

Check the event’s language, age guidance and running time before booking. Confirm Sunday screenings separately from the café’s usual Sunday closure, and check food service before planning a meal.

The practical details

Where to find it: Doc Victoria, Caernarfon LL55 1SQ, north of the walled town.
Directions and arrival information ↗
Tickets and booking: Book the particular screening or show. Check Sunday and holiday arrangements and ask separately about café food service, which has its own timetable. A café stop is not a substitute for a booked indoor activity.
Access and getting around: The venue lists dedicated accessible parking, a lower box-office counter and accessible toilets on all levels. Contact the box office to arrange seating and hearing support. Audio description depends on the film; the venue asks for advance contact rather than promising it at every screening.
Official access information ↗
Visiting with children: Choose a suitable certificate and check the event’s language. Galeri currently requires under-16s to attend 7pm screenings with a responsible adult. Relaxed or parent-and-baby screenings are specific programmed events. Arrive before the advertised time; late entry is not guaranteed.

Practical information checked 15 September 2026. Confirm anything essential to your visit with the venue.

Make it part of your day
