Local history and art in two separate buildings / CLYDEBANK
Discover Clydebank’s local story at the museum in the basement of Clydebank Library on Dumbarton Road. If opening allows, continue separately to the Town Hall galleries on Hall Street for art, maritime pictures, ship models and examples from the Singer collection. These are two addresses with different schedules, combined here as a useful cultural visit rather than described as one building.

Check both opening calendars: the library museum and Town Hall galleries do not share the same closed days.
Practical information checked 16 September 2026. Confirm anything essential to your visit with the venue.
Allow 1–2 hours for the two venues for the visit, plus travel and breaks. This is a suggested planning allowance; opening times, access and availability may affect your plans.
