Cooper Park

Use the park for an unhurried walk, a picnic or suitable play between more concentrated visits. It gives an Elgin day breathing room without another admission ticket. Choose the paths and facilities that are available on arrival rather than assuming every part of the park is unaffected by its ongoing improvement programme.
