Check live jetty status before buying a ticket. On 14 September 2026 Lingholm and Nichol End are closed; plan around currently served stops and reconfirm the last return.

Access and getting around: A ramp reaches Pier One, but passengers cannot board while seated in a wheelchair. Boarding involves four steps; some boats can carry a wheelchair separately. Contact the operator to discuss assistance before travelling.
