Access and getting around: Cromwell Road and Exhibition Road entrances are step-free; the tunnel entrance is not wheelchair accessible. Lifts and an access visual story help you choose a route. Request a mobility aid ahead if needed.

Visiting with children: Buggy parking is available at both main entrances. Choose a small collection of objects to explore together. Do not promise garden paddling: the pond is currently closed.
