Before you go
The stairlift is currently out of service, with no wheelchair access upstairs. Contact the hatchery before visiting if that affects your party; the operator offers a reduced admission for wheelchair users unable to see the whole centre.

- The current visitor page reports irreparable stairlift damage and no wheelchair access to the upper floor. Ask about the areas you can visit and your specific equipment before buying admission; do not plan around an upstairs lift being available.
