General museum entry is free, but factory-floor tours are separate bookings. The regular opening pattern is Thursday to Saturday only.

Access and getting around: A lift serves the lower museum floors, with an uneven factory-floor surface. The museum has no parking or designated accessible drop-off. Ear defenders and a quiet space are available; ask about your route before visiting.
