The south-shore amusement park is a substantial day out for people who want rides, with the coaster skyline giving a clue to its scale before you arrive. Plan around the actual ride restrictions and your party’s interests: a confident teenager’s priorities may have little in common with a younger child’s. Queues, seasonal opening and weather can change how much you fit in, so a short list of favourites is more useful than a promise to ride everything.
Keep this as the main event of the day. Build in a proper food break and agree a meeting point before splitting into riding groups; adding a timed Tower booking afterwards creates an unnecessary deadline.
